ZhuHai HuaXin Microelectronics Co., Ltd was founded in 2023. We are located in Zhuhai High-Tech Zone Integrated Circuit Industrial Park, and have been considered as a pillar project of Zhuhai and a key project of Guangdong Province. The project plans to invest 3.387 billion 

yuan to build 15000 pieces/month GaAs RF foundry production line.

routers, base stations, and other high, medium and low frequency RF application terminal market, including the Internet of Things, car 

networking, smart wearable devices, optical communications, optical sensing devices and other application scenarios, are the future 

mainstream of emerging industries.
